The Wisconsin Electrical Trades Council is an organization of and for electrical contractors, electricians, inspectors and suppliers. Our goal is to provide a forum for those who are involved in the electrical trade to share ideas, learn about new developments in the industry and continue our education so we can provide the very best in our chosen profession.

Through this website we hope to bring news and information about the WETC to our members and others who may be interested in the electrical trade.

Check back to learn more. Feel free to contact us for additional information.

The Wisconsin Electrical Trades Council is excited to offer scholarships for the children and grandchildren of their members.  Each year there are four $750 General Education Scholarships awarded to support continuing education for those who are attending a state-accredited university or technical school on a full time basis in the State of Wisconsin.  These are only available for the families of WETC members.

The WETC also awards one $1,000 scholarship to anyone who is planning to attend a state-accredited university or technical school on a full-time basis in the State of Wisconsin to further their education in a field of study directly related to the electrical trade or industry.  This is called the EMELS Scholarship an is intended specifically for someone studying in the Electro-Mechanical, Electrician, or Linemen's School field.  Membership in the WETC is not a requirement to qualify for this scholarship.
